1 Capsule = 18.1 milligrams of 7-OH.
If you’re taking 7-OH for the first time, start with 1 capsule and wait about an hour to see how you feel. 7-Hydroxy Extracts are potent; even a small amount of this active alkaloid can noticeably affect your mood.
Wait about 60 to 90 minutes for the effects to kick in. Since this is an oral product, it takes time for the capsule to dissolve in your stomach. While tablets on the market may act faster, our capsules generally take around 45 minutes to begin working. The effects build up slowly, peaking between 60 to 90 minutes, and can last for an average of 3 to 5 hours, depending on your tolerance.

The product itself is very good! But I took away a star because the pills got crushed in the mail and only 2 survived. Eduardo was quick to respond and immediately sent out a whole new package and gave me some store credit for later, so I gotta hand it to him that’s good customer service. I hope you guys mail these pills inside a small box instead of those envelopes because it’s easy for them to get damaged this way. You should have thought about that ahead of time but oh well.
The pills are pretty potent. They come on faster than described for me (within 40 minutes) and it’s got the whole traditional 7oh feels. Happy vibes, warm and highly relaxing. Was very good imo, but for me it’s more of a treat because compared to the powder its kind of pricey. They’re def 18 mg because I took 2 like a dumbass and it had me nodding out hardcore. One capsule gives a very nice and clean high, lots of euphoria and lasts a while compared to tablets. The powder gives the same buzz but at a more affordable price. I would buy the capsules whenever it’s on sale but the powder is where it’s truly at imo
