Refund Policy

If you’re unsatisfied, email us at [email protected] with “REFUND” as the subject. Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and not guaranteed. Product variations in color and texture may differ from batch to batch and may not always match the pictures exactly.

However, the percentage of alkaloids will always remain consistent as listed. We ensure the product weight meets or exceeds what is stated, but a calibrated milligram scale is essential for accurate dosing.

No refunds for misuse or dissatisfaction with effects, as tolerance varies.

All sales are final, except for our 24-hour discretionary refund policy.

Delivery Guarantee (Domestic & International)

We guarantee your order will be delivered. If your order gets lost or taken while in transit, we will send a replacement. Please remember, once your package is on its way, we cannot offer refunds.

If the tracking shows your package was delivered but you can’t find it, we cannot send a replacement. We are not responsible for issues like mail theft (often called “porch pirates”).

Regarding Chargebacks:

Contact us before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and blacklisting. We may be able to provide a solution for you.
