Shipping Schedule:

Shipping Days: We ship Monday through Friday only.

Processing Time: Orders are shipped the next business day after payment is received. If we experience high order volume, there may be a 1-day delay. For example, if you order on Monday, we’ll ship on Tuesday. If we’re busy, it might be shipped on Wednesday. If you order on Friday, your package will ship the following Monday.

Due to the large number of daily orders, we drop packages off at USPS, UPS, or FedEx, but they don’t always get scanned immediately. It can take up to 24 hours for your package to be scanned after it’s dropped off. If you don’t see tracking movement right away, please be patient.

No Exceptions on Processing Time: Even if you choose faster shipping, our processing time remains the same. Paying for expedited shipping only speeds up delivery once the package is with the carrier, not our handling time.

Delivery Estimates: We don’t guarantee delivery on a specific day. Shipping estimates (like USPS Priority 2-3 Day) are just that—estimates. We cannot control delays caused by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Carrier Choice: We usually ship with USPS, but we may use UPS or FedEx if their rates and delivery times are the same or better. For example, if you select USPS Priority 2-3 Day, you may receive UPS 2-Day service instead.

Payment Processing Delays: For payments made via ACH Bank Transfer, Venmo, or Zelle, it can take up to 3 days for funds to clear. Your order will ship once the payment is secured in our account.

Free Shipping: Free shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Please note that the courier may delay delivery beyond this time frame.

Faster Shipping Options: Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, even with these options.

Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or any other carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we will reship your items. Please be patient and work with us while we assist the carrier in locating your package.

Holidays: We do not ship on U.S. federal holidays. Any orders placed during a holiday will ship the next business day.

Tracking Information: After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number within 8 hours.

Important Notice:

Please only place an order if you fully understand and agree to our Shipping Policy. If you need your order by a very specific day, remember that while we provide an estimated delivery time, we cannot guarantee the exact arrival date. We guarantee that your package will eventually arrive, but delays caused by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are beyond our control.

Please do not message us asking if we can ship on a certain day or make an exception for your order. Your order will be processed and shipped in accordance with this Shipping Policy.

We ship to almost every state in the U.S. — but we also ship outside of the U.S. as well.

Lilith Extracts is proud to be one of the few kratom companies offering international shipping to the following countries: Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Canada, Colombia, Peru, and Uruguay. Please note that shipping is subject to special conditions based on each country’s regulations.

Contact us on WhatsApp before placing your order, or we will reach out to you after your order is placed. We guarantee delivery to all listed countries, even if the package is lost in transit. Please be aware that all shipments undergo a customs clearance process, so delivery times may range from 10 to 21 business days.

If your country is not on this list, still contact us directly. The legality of kratom is always shifting, and we might be able to find a suitable solution for exporting kratom to your location.

Refund Policy:

If you’re unsatisfied, email us at [email protected] with “REFUND” as the subject. Requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case and not guaranteed. Product variations in color and texture may differ from batch to batch and may not always match the pictures exactly.

However, the percentage of alkaloids will always remain consistent as listed. We ensure the product weight meets or exceeds what is stated, but a calibrated milligram scale is essential for accurate dosing.

No refunds for misuse or dissatisfaction with effects, as tolerance varies.

All sales are final, except for our 24-hour discretionary refund policy.

Shipping Policy:

(Domestic & International) We guarantee delivery. If your order is lost or confiscated, we will re-ship it. No refunds will be provided once the product is in transit.

Regarding Chargebacks: Contact us before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and blacklisting.
